Why is my personal email not working when signing up?

If you’ve received an error when trying to sign up using a personal email address like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook:

  1. Double-check your email's spelling to ensure it's accurate.
  2. If you're using a temporary email service, your email may not be accepted when you try to sign up. 
  3. Try using a different email address, such as your corporate or educational email address.
