At WellSaid Studio, we want to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our service. However, if you cancel your monthly or annual subscription, please keep in mind that your access to Studio will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

In accordance with our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open Account. We treat all our customers equally, so no exceptions can be made.
