Chat support is only available for the Creative, Business, and Enterprise tiers during open hours. To reach us, locate the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of Studio.

  • Monday through Friday, except holidays: 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM PT

  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Phone

WellSaid does not offer phone support.

WellSaid's robust Knowledge Center includes various commonly asked questions and guides for our customers to use. 

Enterprise/Teams/API

Teams accounts may receive a "kickoff" call to train users on best practices.
