Team Workspace

Within the Team Workspace, any project or folder created will be accessible to the entire team. This means that every team member will have full edit permissions for any project or folder within the team workspace.

Helpful tip: You can send a direct link to the project by clicking on the (...) on the project and choosing Share. Copy the link to a teammate.

Sharing Personal files

If you want to share individual files with select members of your team, create your project in your Personal workspace and share the file.

  1. In WellSaid Studio, locate the Projects tab in the left menu.
  2. From the Personal workspace, locate the project you wish to share with your team member(s).
  3. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Share.projects_share
  4. Click Update team member access and select your chosen team member(s).
  5. On the top right, choose your permissions from the following options:
    1. Full Access: Allows complete project control, including sharing access, editing, and downloading. Use this option when team members need comprehensive control over the project.
    2. Can Edit: Grants permission to edit and create clips within the project. Suitable for team members actively involved in project creation.
    3. Can View: Enables viewing and listening to voiceovers without editing capabilities. Ideal for team members who only need access to review projects.
  6. Click Update, and your team member(s) will now have access.

Removing access

Anyone with Full Edit Access can remove a team member's access to a project entirely, including the project owner. Use this option when team members no longer require access to the project.

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab in WellSaid Studio.
  2. Locate the project from which you want to remove access.
  3. Click on the three dots menu (...) and select Share.
  4. Find the team member whose access you want to revoke.
  5. Click on the member's current permissions and choose Remove.

Note: You cannot remove yourself from a file
