- If your session has gone inactive. Try refreshing your browser, closing your tab, opening a new one, or signing out of Studio and signing back in again.
- If that didn't work, try accessing Studio from a new window, a private window, or another browser.
- If the issue persists after completing the above steps, try turning off your VPN or ad blocker browser extensions.
- If the above steps have not resolved the issue, Studio may be getting blocked by your company's firewalls. Safelisting WellSaid should prevent this issue from happening.
