What type of support do you offer?

WellSaid Labs does not offer phone support.


Chat

Chat support is available for Creative, Producer, and Team accounts between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm PST,  Monday through Friday, except holidays.


Email

Email support is available by contacting us at support@wellsaidlabs.com.


Enterprise/Teams

Teams accounts receive a one-hour onboarding  kickoff call to train users on best practices. Additional Project Support is available for $199/hr.

Resolution Times

If an issue cannot be resolved during the course of a chat/email conversation, resolution times will be communicated by the support agent.
